    Hi,


    Hoping you can help.....I would really like to know if The Carob Kitchen Carob Milk Bar is full of fructose.  I am a bit confused as it says it has 33.5g sugar per 100g but I am unsure where the sugar is from based on the ingredients, milk solids, cocoa butter, carob powder, natural vanilla extract (<5%), emulsifier (soy lecithin <5%).  Can you help me out as I have been really good with getting off sugar, however, this has crept into my life and I really like the taste of it!  Help!

    I got here by googling " fructose in carob bars "

    Try 85% cocoa chocolate bars in small doses. It's about 15% "sugars"
