Hi, I'm new here, have just finished reading the Quit plan, am coming to the end of my first sugar free day and typing trying desperately to stop thinking about chocolate, or sugar coated jubes that I'd normally be snacking on right now.
I admit, that having read the entire book in what I hope is a carb haze (one of the things I'm hoping will go away with the addiction) I am very confused and almost terrified to eat anything as I try and make the NIPs make sense.
I'm wondering if fruit tinned in natural juices is okay? (if you don't drink the juices too)
