Hi,
I am about 2 months of sugar and believe it or not am still craving some sweet stuff. I dont like the dextrose for some reason so am so far just resisting and have fruit for natural sugar.
Although.....i did have a drink the other night at a school function and i managed to pig out on chocolates, jelly babies etc etc. I awoke the next day with what i can only assume is a massive sugar hangover??? Had diarohhea all day and my stomach was so bloated and i couldnt eat food really without feeling sick. I ended up sleeping on and off for most of the day???
Has this happened to anyone else? Would it be because of too much sugar in my system??
