Hi David just a questions on Diet coke. Before giving up sugar I loved Diet coke i had one can with lunch and one with dinner the problem is i still love it. I have given up sugar for 3 weeks now and doing really well, just wondering do i need to get rid of the diet coke? Is it slowing down all my good work by still giving me that sweet taste? Also does our body treat it the same as fructose? I have read both books but still a bit confussed on the diet drinks?
