    Hi David,


    I have just purchased ( iBooks)  and read the eat real food cookbook. Great book but you have two spelling mistakes. In the heading for High-Oleic Sunflower Oil - it reads High-Oleic sunflower oil - the "S" is missing in sunflower.


    Then a couple of pages over - the question Can Someone with Diabetes eat foods made with glucose? the "S" is missing in someone. 


    Just thought I would let you know. 


    Also, I am very interested in why Natvia was not listed in your sugars list? Do you see this as a good or a bad sugar?

    I also purchased the cookbook - have just made the Coconut Meringue Cake (page 176) and it's lovely -light and fluffy.  Perfect with cream and strawberries for dessert or simply on it's own with a cuppa.  Have the Hungarian Goulash bubbling away at the moment.  Day 10on the sour dough starter -looking forward to being able to make proper sourdough bread in a few days.

    I bet it was nice Marie - Looking forward to doing the sourdough starter and then making my own bread / or bread rolls.

    Good to hear that the recipes are good, I going to check this out.
