    Hi David
I am halfway through the quit plan and have already read Sweet Poison.
    Just curious about one thing....
I am a vegaquarian (I know silly word for a vegetarian.... that eats fish). I have yet to come across any mention of sea creatures and sugar? i am assuming that they are in the meat category? and therefore exempt?

I have just started on my way to recovery from my sugar addiction, which is considerable, and just wanted to know about fish as everyone else seems to be rejoicing that they aren't being told NO to eggs and bacon and I don't eat bacon (or any other meat from 2 or 4 legs).

Big thumbs up on the books that have made me stop and say "WHAT THE?'
Great marketing in putting a donut and cupcakes on the cover, it's what made me look at Sweet Sugar in the first place. I have to say I picked it up and put it down a couple of time when I was perusing the book store (my favourite place) but it got to me and I went back and bought Sweet Sugar. It grabbed me so much I got online and got the quit plan.
Most people around me think I am nuts! But when you have two aunts on your mother's side and an aunt (on dad's side) and your dad with diabetes and a maternal grandmother that died from complications due to diabetes and a mum with ridiculously high cholesterol..... the solution was clear for me NO SUGAR!!
    Thank you for you insights.

Tamara - yep fish are fine - no sugar there (unless you are in the habit of adding tartare sauce or other condiments).

    Glad you liked the books!!

    Cheers

    David.
