How Much Sugar?

3/4 cup of CASTOR Sugar = How much Dextrose

    I know with sugar you usually double it for dextrose but I have a receipe which states 3/4 cup of castor sugar, so, how much dextrose?

    Any form of sucrose (cane sugar) is the same chemical. It has just been manufactured differently.
