See Page 108 of "Sweet Poison Quit Plan". Bananas contain about 6% fructose and 2% fibre. So a 100g banana provides about 60% of your daily limit of 10g. And the riper the banana is the more fructose it contains. If you draw a line at 45° to the base line, it is best to eat the fruits below this line, and sparingly of those above it. Fruit juice and dried fruits are best avoided all together, as they comprise concentrated fructose.
