    Good morning,

    Are there any "no sugar" alternatives to Dextrose? I have tried several stores in my area and cannot find it anywhere. I've purchased two of your books and love them but many of the recipes I can't make as I don't have dextrose.

    Look in the home brew section of the supermarket. Just make sure it's JUST glucose as they also sell "brewers sugar" which has other funny stuff in it. Usually about $3 a kilo.
