Hi everyone
It's good to be here. I'm working hard on quitting sugar using David's books and also Sarah Wilson's. I do well most of the time. However, around 2-3pm most days I get a real drop in my energy levels and crave sugar. The feeling can be overwhelming and I give in, and have dark chocolate, healthy snack bars (which still have sugar in ) etc. I think I feel afraid that I'm not going to be able to get through the afternoon, especially at work. I'm hoping quitting sugar will help with my energy slumps. If anyone has experienced similar I'd love to hear about it, and any tips that help. Thank you.
