Recently discovered in Coles.. Absolutely delicious and only 0.4% sugars! Unfortunately it contains 15.2% of polyunsaturated fats - a lot more than David's recommended 2%. According to his table (page 66) in Toxic Oil coconut oil has less than 5% PUFs. And there are only the two ingredients. So the rest must be from the peanuts. On page 74 he recommends a maximum of 13% PUFs. Anyway, since we don't eat it by the cupful, I guess it can't be too bad for you as a spread.
