After trawling Coles for sugar-free & so-called "vegetable oil" products, I came across "Ogran Deli Crackers". No sugar of any kind. No fat of any kind. Low carbs.
Ogran's website has a very useful guide to its products, which are all sorts of "free" items - including a "No Cane Sugar" column.
The crackers look boring, but are quite tasty.
