Just discovered this wonderful dark chocolate from Koko Black,  (who have shops in Melbourne, Adelaide, Canberra and Perth I think.)

At 100% cocoa mass it is probably an acquired taste, being even darker than Lindt 90%

However I thought it was smoother and nicer. Unfortunately at $8.40 for a small 40 g bar of 10 squares it's not cheap! However since I went fructose free 4 years ago I find that one square with my evening coffee about once a week is all I want, so I don't mind the price too much.

They also sell 300g bags of pure cocoa powder for $14.95 which is delicious in cooking and I', guessing would make lovely hot chocolate milk drinks sweetened with dextrose.
