I just love toasted crumpets and when I decided to opt out of sugar/honey/syrup etc I was really not happy to miss out on my favourite treat.  Well now I have just checked out Crumpets and I think they are less than 3g sugar on the label.  So far so good. Then I discovered Rice Malt Syrup.  I am day 24 Sugar free and am just starting to feel human again, but now that I can have Crumpets, butter and Rice Malt Syrup.  - One very happy camper!!!!!
