Hi Im a little confused, i always look for products that are sugar 3g or less in 100g, so with just glucose sweets does this not matter? any clarification would be great?

Hello Shaun, yes just glucose sweets are fine, no fructose.
But do remember, as David says, glucose treats are to be taken sparingly as they have as many calories as sugar and too many of them will make us put on weight.
