Jarrah Choc O-lait Hot Chocolate

    Hi there,

    I checked the ingredients list for the Jarrah Choc-o-lait (hot chocolate) and it lists glucose solids along with aspartime.  I can only assume that glucose solids are just a solid form of glucose, therfore fructose-free??? But does anyone else know?

    If yes, then yippee!!  Something I can have as a little treat when I need it.

    Kirsty, did you check out the Nutritional Panel to see how much sugar is in it per 100 grams?

    If it's less than 3 grams, then you're good to go, if it's 6 grams, then just watch what you eat next day, it will all even out.

    I scoured the labels in the supermarket yesterday- there were 2 flavours I found with low levels. Rest, the first ingredient was sucrose, so no go!

    I got "Jarrah Coffee Sensations vienna velvet reduced sweetness"- yummo, not super sweet taste. Nutritional panel was only 1.4g sugar-yippee!!!

    The other type I sighted was a white choc one, havn't found the hot-choc one yet.
