    Greetings.Enquiry for  David.

I am keen to know if there is any chance of a sugar free,or rather dextrose recipe book in the near future.

I am in the process myself in creating a small cookbook, I have all sorts of things, ranging from chocolate crackles, chocolate caramel slice, biscuits, cakes, cheesecakes, different version of vanilla ice cream, pana cotta, creme brulee, creme caramel.  I have a few more things to try out (one I'm quite keen on is pavlova and honey jumbles which is a biscuit that arnotts used to have) but it's definitely on the cards and I'm aiming to bring it out next year.  I'm focusing on sweets for the moment and maybe even try out a savoury one with things like sweet and sour sauce and those other naughty sauces.  It will either be a small book or maybe even an ebook I am not sure yet.

Hi Sandra - am new to Sweet Poison but could not have survived without David's second book - the Sweet Poison Quit Plan (and no, I am not his publisher or a relative!) It has quite a lot of recipes in the back and I have photocopied the tables of lowest sugar content in popular foods, and keep them in my handbag at all times to make the supermarket easier to decode.

BTW I am Mark Elliott's wife Gabby. Mark Elliott does not carry a handbag.

So happy to hear that you are making a small cookbook.....  just can't wait!

Please could you help me also....   I would like to make some ice cream but I do not have an Ice Cream Machine....   Can you please give me a recipe that can be made without an Ice Cream Machine?   Thank you so much,
    Best regards, BB
