I came across this book recently. It contains a large number of recipes which, while emphasizing the avoidance of fat, contains many recipes which are also low in sugar. There are about 50 breakfast recipes, and 20-30 each for lunch, dinner and deserts. Some include sweet sauces &/or honey; but not usually in large amounts. Watch the deserts as they lost the (sugar) plot a bit in this section :-) My only criticism is that a lot of the recipes have a large number of ingredients, making trying things out a bit complicated.
