    What I can find so far is the both seem to have low fructose

    I have a similar question about coconut, but not about the coconut sugar, about the nectar: http://www.ausnaturalcare.com.au/banaban-organic-coconut-nectar-syrup-ka-maimai-350ml

    I am happy to go without (not craving sweetness nearly as much now, after almost 2 years) but for recent converts....just wondering about the fructose content. Does anyone know? Thanks in advance.

    I checked out coconut sugar on line and because it is plant based it has the same fructose content as cane sugar
