While shopping today,I picked up a 45g bar of  ...well , naturally.sugar free almond  chip dark chocolate. Ingredients were a bit hard to read in the store ,but it stated on the front of the wrapper 'made with stevia' so I bought one.

    Ingredients are:cocoa mass& cocoa butter (70% cocoa solids) ,polydextrose 15.4% ,

soluble dietry fibre, erythritol, roasted almond pieces 10%  soy lecithin(emulsifier)

flavours, stevia 5.3% per 100g.   What do others think ...Is it a once in a while treat with 'your call' ingredients?

unfortunately most of those no sugar chocolate bars are no good.  Some yes do contain stevia however they have other sweeteners that are not good.  I believe polydextrose is on David's bad list.
