    Hello everyone,

I can't for the life of me remember the brand name of a particular chocolate that David mentioned a while ago via email or post or FB even.

It was a chocolate that didn't have the bad sugars in it and unavailable in Australia.   Does anyone remember what it was called?

    Greatly appreciate your time

    Di

    Hi

I just read the ebook of Sarah Wilson who talks about her journey to a sugar free life.

She mentions the german chocolate Frusano.

    Cheers

Thank you very much EH.  That must be the brand.  Schweet.

Hi. I'm the chocolatier at Wild Patch Chocolates in Olinda, Vic and I've just added fructose-free chocolate to our range (as I went fructose/sugar-free earlier this year after reading David's book .. I'll put up a profile soon and say more about this). But just to let you know we're waiting for delivery and will have frusano fructose-free chocolate in a few weeks. We're not sure of the demand, so you can put in an advance order in case this first lot runs out as quickly as I ate the samples.

I ordered 10 bars of frusano chocolate from Germany at $8 per bar. When it arrived after nearly a month it was white and had obviosly been melted in transit.  It still tastes ok, but at that price it should arrive as it is sent.  I hope that very soon it can be bought in Australia in its original state. Mind you it doesn't stop me eating it!!

All chocolate will do that, if it melts and recools.  The temperature between here and Germany is clearly not something the post office can guarentee, but, it shoud still taste the same

I am just about to tast some from Australia that has been shipped from Germany. It is now available here. I will give it the"taste test" - such a hardship!

I have to say there was no comparison between the melted chocolate and the fresh one . The one from the supplier in Australia was sublime.
