It's been around since 2009 but I've only just found it:

Thanks for posting that Lara. The lecture is impossible to ignore and confirms absolutely the revelations in David's books. To those people who will take a look at the link....You will not be able to stop watching this until the end and it runs for 90 minutes (I will be late for work) but in truth it runs by more quickly than any movie I have seen. So don't sit down to watch it until you have time to spare...but be in no doubt that it is powerful and while it contains more than a smattering of bio-chemistry, it is riveting stuff.

    Thanks again Lara.

    Thanks for the link Lara!

I agree with David, a fascinating lecture indeed.

I've only been fructose-free for 3 weeks so I won't bombard my family with this yet, but in a few months I'll be sure to let them know all about the dangers of sugar.

Yes thank you for the link Lara. I found it fascinating. It consolidates all we have learnt from David's 2 books. I have been fructose free for 6 months, with a few slip ups, one at Christmas and  4 weeks ago while on holidays when we went to the Cadbury factory in Tasmania (at our children's(all adults now) request).  I have lost 15 cm from around my waist, and feel so much more alert and energetic. And I know how addictive it is, after my slip ups it has taken weeks for the sweet cravings to pass. It really is a battle of the mind, but knowing how bad it is I have learnt how to distract myself from those 'callings' and am free once again. I know for me its just not worth "one little bite".
I am so thankful to David and his deciding to share his journey with us. Otherwise I would have been none the wiser.   Deborah

15cm's!!!!!  That is fantastic.  I can say I was doing beautifully for 6 weeks, then had a day when I just craved anything sweet - anything at all.  Instead of going out and buying something to make with dextrose in it I just got stuck into chocolate - now I feel sick and need to start again!!!

Need to be better prepared next time.  I just was not ready for the incredible yearning for sweet food.

    Congratulations on the 15cm's - well done4!
