David, here is a link to an article on the SparkPeople website, that I have been visiting (for motivation, mainly). I thought a mention in the research of a Gillespie C. might just tip it over the edge. I have long been asking SparkPeople to show the sugar levels in their recipes. It seems at last Americans are getting some sound advice regarding sugar, tho' not fructose, still it's a start. Here's the link:-
