How Much Sugar?

    Hello everyone, I have just made it through my first week.  No problems at all.  Feel good.  Lost 1.6kgs, didnt exercise just cut out the sugar.  But really enjoyed my food. The highlight of each day is after dinner I have a bowl of frozen rasberries with a dollop of creme fraiche - YUM.  Hoping to lose about 30 kilos and am excited about this new adventure.  Have just come of some medication that really didnt help with the kilos piling on, but I know that I didnt have the best diet.  I really had to "break up" with Maltesers....... Ha Ha. I am finding the on line forum, fantastic for info and ideas.  Well I am off out for breakfast.  Something that I know that I will still be able to enjoy doing. mmmmmmm bacon and eggs. xx
