Hi All,
i'm very new to this and have been doing my best to eat sugar free for the past 3 days. i've just been going by the info i've found online and via these forums as i'm still waiting for my book to arrive! my only problem is that i have to go out for indian for a friends birthday in a few days and really don't know what's going to be safe to eat :S
are there any safe options??
