Quote 'I kept the MAGNUM ICECREAM my friend bought me out of the kindness of her heart in my pocket'.....end quote..

Tina, I wanna know what state it was in by the time you got it home?!!!
      Didn't it melt?!!!      lol!!!!

But awesome self control. Is it still in the freezer?  I don't know if I could have done what you did. I like Magnums still......even after 15 months of reducing fructose, I can still eat one and find it's not too sweet!!

So, well done you....keep it up....what helped was that you planned for it. If you keep this in your mindset, you are giving yourself every chance of meeting all your goals. Have you made any yet?  Along with your long term goal, make a few short ones along the way. My latest one is to lose another 3 kilos by Xmas Eve.  Then after Xmas I will make another one for , say, Easter.  It helps.

    Bye for now

Chocolate is my weakness at the movies..... but what else can I eat?!

So basically, just clarifying that most/all chips/savoury snacks are generally low in the sugar department and I'm a-ok to eat it :-)
    Hi Tina
If you like popcorn maybe you can sneak some in from home but cook it in coconut oil really healthy NOT FATTENING Google it you will see and before cheap oils were around popcorn in cinema's always cooked their popcorn in coconut oil, they switched because it is more costly to cook in coconut oil.

Popcorn is great but cook it in Virgin cold pressed coconut oil NOT FATTENING like we have been lead to believe in fact the opposite very healthy for you Google coconut oil a wealth of info is out there about it. I use it for cooking GUILT FREE SO great yahoo taste good can change the flavor a little but worth it I like it. I use it as a moisturizer face and body use sparingly on the face can be too oily but is lovely saves on face products. I make healthy toothpaste with it happy to share my recipe.
Next time you buy toothpaste have a look at the box at the warning SCARY then google it even more scary can kill a small child if they consume enough. I kid you not.
Have a bath in your coconut oil (Beautiful) and so cheap.
BUT PLEASE READ YOUR LABELS ONLY USE VIRGIN COLD PRESSED COCONUT OIL
