You'll need to add some good full fat milk and also some cream to get a satisfied feeling from eating this Muesli. I wouldn't add a banana, though, too much fructose, maybe some berries would be the go.

I grow raspberries, strawberries, loganberries, blueberries and boysenberries, that's kind of the main thing for me, I need to get or make a musli so I can eat them for breakfast, I have them coming out of my ears. I'm still coming to terms with not using the cupboard full of jams and sauces we made this season.....
All those berries sound great, I'd do what Janelle suggests and make your own muesli and add a whole milk dash of natural yoghurt as well! Jalna do a very nice one. Sad about the jams though.
