What about some figures . . height, weight, waist measurement - before starting on a fructose-free life and now. And how long since you began?
Are you sneaking any no-nos with or without your awareness? Especially processed foods ;like biscuits, cakes etc. You may be a victim of "hidden" sugar in processed foods.
I suggest you keep a DETAILED diary of food intake for a couple of weeks, and calculate the amount of fructose you are ingesting.
Have you checked if there is a genetic influence? overweight family members /
"Don't give up!" . . . . you'll be so much better off when you are free.
