    That does sound good.  When summer comes, I'll probably do that again as our raspberry canes will be producing.

    can you have frozen berries, what brand should I get, I wasn't sure if you could have them because of the fructose

    you can get any brand none of them should have sugar in them as they are frozen to help preserve them.  At home I've got sera lee mixed berries and Aldi brand frozen blueberries.  Although fruit does have fructose in it, berries are one of the lowest fructose fruits.... wonder if you could freeze your own fresh berries to make them last longer, cause I sometimes freeze my own fresh vegetables.

    I freeze raspberries, strawberries, loganberries, blueberries and boysenberries from my garden for a year at a time with no issues.

    I'll have to remember that next time I see berries on special.  I love berries but never thought to freeze them myself until now lol.
