Tamar Valley has nice no sugar yoghurt it does have plain but it's artifically sweetened, they are very nice, Aldi sell the same type too).  I would suggest to fill up on more protein and fat if you can.  I can happily go without snacks, some days i may need morning tea other days not.  Try full fat no sugar yoghurt, may fill you up more.  I find with bread it doesn't keep me full long enough so i tend to overeat and put on weight.

What brand of full fat no sugar yoghurt do you recommend?

I personally like greek yoghurt, I shop at Aldi so I get all their stuff, otherwise I actually get Farmers Union Greek Yoghurt.  If it's a bit tart mix in some dextrose and vanilla.

And if it's NOT tart/sour, then it has sugar or some other sweetener in it.

Thank you Janelle, how much dextrose and vanilla do you add or is it to the individual taste?

just a small splash of vanilla depending on which one you get (I find more flavour with the real vanilla essence, but I usually buy the imitation vanilla which isn't as strong) and depending on taste a few spoonfuls of dextrose, mix it through and have a taste to see if its right.
