Thanks Beryl! Glad you're happy with it. We've still got dark fructose-free chocolate bars in stock and taking advance orders on the milk FF bars so let us know before you run out! We're also working on other FF chocolate products .. did you see our FF chocolate mousse recipe? I love it!

Wow Linda that choc mousse recipe looks brilliant. Just recommended you to another person on this forum.  Where do you get the cacao mass from? Nearly finished a block of your choc already. Have to hold back. It is so lovely and fresh mmmmm.

Sure - nothing wrong with making a living.  I'll probably buy some myself.

I've been trying some sugar free chocolates here in the US.  I am unconvinced they are terribly good for you, I'd only eat them rarely, but I intend on bringing some home, they are all pretty nice.  I fear they will get me in the habit of snacking between meals again, though, which can only be bad for me.

I limit myself to 4 pieces a day Christian. As David says, YIU can still get fat on glucose. But I figure I have to have some joy in my life.  Thankfully, I don't eat a lot. Especially since I have been off sugar. It definitely controls your appetite,.

Thank you Christian, I have a pretty happy life. Pretty content with my lot. Lovely husband ( who won't stop eating sugar) gorgeous family and wonderful friends. But I do love a bit of chocolate!

I'm glad.  It's easy to misread people on the web, but your post seemed pretty bleak :-)

I am in the USA right now, stocking up on sugar free chocolates.  I have a family dinner once a week and chocolate is expected, so sugar free will be better.

    Hi Christain,

Don't want to be a chocolate policewoman, but is the chocolate sweetened with glucose only? Why I ask is that there are several so called sugar fee chocolates now available at Safeway and Coles, but they are sweetened with mannitol. I think that is why David Gillespie says that frusano is the only choc he recommends. As you say, it is very hard to read people's feeling over the Internet, and things can often be misconstrued. Hope you find your dream chocolate.

    Beryl
