I have been on too many diets even to remember. I bought David's book many months ago. Got around to reading it and after too many years it all fell into place. I have been following a nearly fructose free eating plan. Why am I not hungry anymore. My clothes are telling me it is coming off. I feel great. It has made me into a bit of a nerd and the folk I work with are sick of me reading every label in the lunch room. Thanks for your research David.. Wish it was some years ago but I know this is it

    thanks Caroline

Hello. I'm 34, mother of two. I read David's book last December and commenced a sugar free diet that lasted 2 weeks ( xmas proved too tempting). I have started on a sugar free lifestyle this week: now up to day 4 and am finding it suprisingly easy. I snack on nuts and natural yoghurt and fruit. I was going to finr David's address and thank him for writing his fantastic book - but here I see he has a fan club already! I thought I would be a lone voice. I will definately keep checking up on the website for motivation and tips. I have not imposed my sugar free lifestyle on my children or husband as I think this should be their choice. However, I ensure the children have a very low sugar diet. Any tips on low sugar recipes for children?

Welcome to the forums JBM (and thanks for the kind words) ... there's a few good recipes for kids in the recipes section - my kids love the Choc mousse!

    Cheers

    David.
