I just thought I would start a new topic away from weight loss and sugar cravings.  How is everyone's grocery bill? Mine has shrunk considerably.  All that sugar stuff must have been sooo expensive....let's see now I have no juice,(-$10 per week) no chocolate/muesli bars (-$15 per week) and no boxes of iceblocks or ice-cream(-$15 per week) no dried fruit snacks (-$5 per week) much less fruit (-$10 per week) and really the only thing that I buy more of is breads and savoury crackers, cheese, etc. I struggle to get my grocery bill over $200 (family of four) whereas before I don't think I got much change out of $400 and that never lasted the whole week. Needless to say it's a lot faster to get through the supermarket too missing several aisles completely. Everyone is less hungry, so I suppose that is another reason.  Maybe we might all be rich AND thin!

The cost at the supermarket is significantly lower for me also. Another benefit of this is that the kitchen bin does not fill with packaging and the associated detritus of processed, sugary foods any where near as quickly.

I also did a grocery shop today and pleasantly noticed a much less shopping bill!  Will tally up over the coming month and compare from previous months.  How exciting : no sugar = less weight + more money!!  Sounds like a good life plan to me!
