I am on day 13 of being sugar free and I have been surprised so far at how easy it has been. On about day 4, I had a couple of dizzy moments, but apart from that, nothing.
In the last few days, I have noticed that I am getting full much more easily, and I am not really craving anything too much.
I am extremely content with the ice cream recipe from David's book, and I am finding that all food is definitely tasting better and better. Because of this, I don't really feel like i'm missing out on anything.
I have lost about 2 kilos so far and I feel like I have more energy. I can definitely feel a change in my overall energy and well being.
