David, while doing a bit more searching on Inulin found this article posted in a USA Newspaper.  I tried to see if I could find a study where this conclusion may have come from about inulin “gunking up your mitochondria engines” but failed to do so. Do you know anything about this? In case anyone is not sure of what the mitochondria are searched out a bit on them as noted below.

David, I thought I had deleted this Post but obviously not, as it wouldn't come out right. I started of trying to put it in the 'Question Section' and then tried to get it in the 'Introduction' but no different and probably how I missed deleting it. Only a bit of the Post kept coming through and the more I tried to reduce it as thought it might be too long still wouldn't post all of it. Was going to try again today but not had time so far to fiddle. It was a post I found in a couple of newspapers in USA and wondered where they got the information from. The mitochondria are the engines that power our individual cells and therefore our entire body so this could be serious if really true. I tried to find a research study on this of where it may have come from but unsuccessful. I tried to put in the actual small article from the paper but only came out as far as the heading of the article, Natural fiber best choice as you will note, so hope this note goes in okay.
