And most disappointing is finding out the foods I feed my children have so many hidden sugars. I think it is a disgrace.
But now armed with the information and resources I am determined to kick my habit and ensure my two precious girls do not grow up a "sweet tooth" like their mum.
Looking forward to chatting to other people going through this great experience.

I thought I was the only closet chocoholic. My husband found all my wrappers in the draw beside my bed and had no idea I ate so much chocolate. As David says it is just like alcholic.
Don't you just love the fact that the kids macca burgers have the most sugar. If sugar is not an addiction why do it. They have better scientists than our doctors. Just show who pays who's bills.
Good luck with your journey. After 6 months I don't eat chocolate any more and find it so easy to say no. At a luncheon yesterday I was the only one of 70 peopole who did not have desert. Try the patty cakes in the book for your girls. My 23yo daughter made them and took them to a BBQ and no-one knew.
