    Hello everyone.

Just popped in to say hello and to tell you that I started withdrawal on Sunday almost a week ago. I have not lost any weight but the amount of people that have said to me, "You've lost weight!" is remarkable and I am feeling pretty good too.

I am 41 and had my second child 10 weeks ago. I never really recovered from my first birth and getting back into shape...unless you call "round" a good shape!

I had some trouble with my pregnancy and my weight was certainly not helping anything either...I want to be around for a long time for my two daughters and also to feel better generally. I am fatigued beyond having a new baby and just find it hard to do anything...

I read Sweet poison a couple of years ago and thought it was fantastic, so pulled it out of my bookcase and read it again. I then discovered that there was a sequel, so I ordered that and also read that,. I am so inspired to do this and I look forward to meeting a few friends who are on the same journey as myself..

    speak to you soon xx

    Hi Makeely

welcome!  I just wanted to say I empathise entirely re not regaining your shape after 2 kids.  I was horrified to discover I regained a slightly lumpier version of my old body.  I was really hoping for Angelina Jolie's..... :-)

I hope withdrawal goes as painlessly as possible for you.  I'm 5 weeks in and almost 5kg down.  Yippee!

    Cheers
    Michelle

Hi there :) Yeah, what is it about our bodies and the shapes they take on after pregnancy? I'm lucky, I've had 4 but no stretch marks, but the shelf!!! I blame my youngest cos it only happened after she was born :)
