Welcome. As you say, low fat, usually means high sugar and salt to get the taste back to normal. You are better off avoiding the low fat products. Be careful, sometimes in things like Yogurt (if you eat it), they will list inulin as a fibre, when it actually has the same effect as fructose. I stick to the full cream milk (raw if possible) butter and coconut oils, do a lot of cooking with coconut oil. There is also a free forum with lots of info/help here
