i agree with your comment, Sylvia, most diets seem to stress that you must eat every 3 hours, but, like you, i only eat when the tum rumbles, and it is working for me,I have never before this felt so satisfied by what i eat, but the best thing is that the cravings i have always had...GONE. Even whilst i was eating my main course I would be thinking about the dessert.
I am recommending the site to friends , strange how attached people are to the sugar in their lives though, I guess I was too, without realizing it; a sprinkle here and there, and all the hidden added fructose.. I am totally convinced that this is the way of eating for me. Well, the tummy is growling so bye for now
That's great, Jill, but don't forget to try to balance out your intake of all the food groups, as far as you can.
I too tell everyone. When I go shopping, I usually manage to tell at least 1 person, sometimes 2 or 3 (!) about fructose. If their eyes are starting to glaze over, I quickly tell them to at least avoid fruit juice, dried fruit, honey & most breakfast cereals, then add apples, pears & bananas in there as well. Then I smile & move away, if they're still getting restless. I love telling Mums with children in tow, if I can get their attention, not easy, I can tell you. But I'm a smiley, happy person, so people don't mind me prattling on a bit. and it's amazing how many want to know more, so I tell them to Google Sweet Poison, and to be their own researcher, not to just take my word for it. hehe...
My motto, as you've probably realised by now is 'Spread the Love' and that includes the Word about a fructose free lifestyle.
More word to spread....
Bye for now
