Hi, Maria, you can buy the Dexrose at Big W, in the home brew dept, just ask at the info desk, It's Brigalow brand & has no nasties in it, 1kilo is around $3.00. Buy also some Rice Malt Syrup, it's Harvest brand, is organic & I get mine in Coles, Health Food aisle. You can use this instead of using, honey, golden syrup, treacle, Agave syrup, molasses and malt syrup.
Just don't forget that the dextrose treats are not meant to be part of your eating regime until you have gone through withdrawal symptoms. And even then, they are only supposed to be a treat. That means two or three times a week at most. But there's heaps of food you can eat.
For brekky, porridge, with cream & rice malt syrup, eggs anyway you like, cooked in butter, if wished, I would not pig out on bread, like I did!! Bacon, sausages, avocado, Greek style yoghurt, with added crushed berries and etc. Try & make it a high protein meal & it will fill you up until lunchtime. Lunch can be, maybe a small salad with a tin of tuna, or salmon, or there are plain crackers you can have with cheese, whatever one you like, maybe cottage cheese, or cheddar, rice cakes, or take some steamed veg to work, with a fried in butter chicken breast, or I boil up 2 cups of brown rice, & put it into individual servings in little take away containers, and freeze them, so you could have some rice with you as well. It all depends on whether you work or not, and if you do, what kitchen arrangements there are at your work place. Dinner can be lots of protein & veg, or salad, I love my veg steamed. Steak/chicken/stew/casserole, as long as there is lots of veg & protein, you should feel full. Snack at night on almonds, or cashews, watch out for flavoured chips, they are a nono, plain ones are ok, just to get you through the first few weeks.
It does get easier, as you get more into it, look up Taste.com for recipes. I mean you can still make a nice casserole or stew, with lots of veg, some dried beans, lentils & pearl barley in them, use, beef, chicken, lamb or even mince beef. You can make a pasta bake too, but would recommend you switch to brown pasta, and not too much of it. You may have 2 pieces of fruit per day, may have them as dessert and/or afternoon snack. You could have crushed berries & plain yoghurt for dessert. Plus there is a great recipe I posted, whipped coconut milk with crushed berries. Recipe here:-

All of a sudden, you will realise that you can walk down the sweetie aisle in the supermarket without showing much interest except to congratulate yourself!! Cravings & withdrawals vary. I support going cold turkey, if you've taken that important 1st step, that decision in your head, then why bother with playing at it? Just do it, be determined, and you will make it, I know. Also, make a long term goal, a realistic one, think how long it took you to put the weight on, & try to lose it slowly, this is the best way, as it will mostly stay off. Then make a few short term goals, like say, 'I will weigh XXX by Xmas' or, 'I will weigh XXX by my birthday'....you get the picture..
Lot of support here for you, and also on the Sweet Poison forum. I wish you well on your journey. Just think, you can now eat full fat butter, cheese/cream/milk!! Just don't go mad on them, use your common sense.
If you're starving, snack on a few nuts, or have some cooked chicken breast in the fridge, or a piece of hard cheese and a cocoa made on all milk, with a little Dextrose in it, or I use Natvia, but it's dear, or you could use the rice syrup.
