Hey, Judy, I am already a fan, after your post on the power of positive thinking. I have been doing this for 14 months now, lost 17 kilos, some ups & downs on the way. But I still have heaps more to lose, and I must say, it's a bit daunting. Although, it doesn't feel much like that long, as most of the time I was losing weight.
At the moment, though, I'm a bit stuck, so your encouraging words has helped make me more aware.
Good on you for sticking it out for 8 weeks. My way of thinking is, if you always remember this is a way of life now, it goes a long way to helping your mindset understand this is not a diet, and you will have success. As well as making some short term goals on the way, (and sharing them) you should do well. But you may find that you will have to go low-carb at some point. We are all different, and what works with me, may not work for you and your circumstances. You have to experiment and work out what suits you.
