Hi, Karen......do you have a lot of weight to lose? Like me, well, I have lost 19 kilos, and still need to lose another 20. So, no let up for me. If you can give us a rough break down of what you are eating for meals, we may be able to help determine if you are going wrong somewhere and why.
Over on the Sweet Poison forum recently, there was a thread about people who don't have a lot of weight to lose, you both might check that out.
It took me about 14 months to lose 18 kilos, started ok, 6 kilos came off easily, then it was slow and steady, sometimes even gained a little now & then, it wasn't easy, but for a new way of life, and in the bigger scheme of things, not so bad.
A pity we can't post before and after pictures on this forum, for this, and unbelievable support and new friends every day, try Spark People, a US site......but they are US based so, fat free, not fructose free......still a good place to be, though. Lots of very inspirational people on there, I can tell you, and some of them are Aussies!!
