Hi My name is Beverley, I have read both books and have been sugar free for 4 weeks now. I cant believe the difference , I have had  over the past ten years aching legs everynite , but since giving up the sugar I have not had any symptoms and the arthritis in my wrists are no longer painful . I am feeling so much better and can say no to cakes and biscuits for the first time .

Welcome Beverly, sounds good to me. it took me at least a year for my arthritis pain to lessen.
Stick with it, lots of little lady complaints will get better after  a while!

I lost 19 kilos in about 13 months, have put 2 back on since, but am losing again, albeit slowly. Have had a carbs crisis!

I wish you well on your low fructose journey.

It's great that alot of your aches and pains have improved.  I'm hoping that my mobility will improve as well. I have MS.  Ive been sugar free for 16 days now and feel so much more lively.  I'm sleeping well and I've lost some of the swelling around my ankles.  I'm convinced now that there are so many more benefits apart from weight loss to this new way of eating.

    Liz
