My name is Cely and I saw the story on Sunday Night last night. It was amazing. Straight away I went online and bought the book.
I've been losing weight since early August and have lost 12kgs. I have cut right back on added sugar. Actually the only thing I add sugar to is my cuppa and that is down to 1/2 teaspoon.
Today, when I logged my food diary, I couldn't believe how much sugar I am really eating. The site I'm on has my sugar intake and so far I have doubled that and the day isn't even over.
From now on I'm going to watch what I buy and check the sugar in everything.
