My name is Kerrin, and I'm a sugarholic. Haha, sounds funny.
I have been happily married for 13 years, and am the proud mother of two boys (4 & 9). I just purchased the book yesterday and must say I really love it.
I have a long history of eating "low fat" foods, and always dieting in one way or another, so never really understood how I could be battling with my weight so badly. But now I finally know!!! YAY!!!! (Breathing a sigh of relief). And it all makes so much logical sense.
Also loving the fact that David isn't saying to cut carbs completely, just sugar. Which is fortunate, because I find low carb diets completely torturous. Lol.
I started cutting sugar yesterday morning, and have suffered quite a few withdrawal symptoms. The worst symptom was feeling hungry no matter how much food I ate. I also woke this morning feeling absolutely famished!! But that hunger seems to have eased off a little today (it's lunchtime now), so I guess that means I'm already seeing some results!?
Looking forward to reading through this site today, and catching up with some of your stories.
