This is day 45 of my SFD's ie sugar free days. Initially in the first couple of weeks I lost about 3 KGs but nothing since?? Is that right, I am feeling a little discouraged, bu still sticking to no sugar. I am not tempted at all to have sugar now, but do eat lots of stuff that is sugar free. Can anyone advise me?
I am 70 years old and collectively throughout my life after every diet going I have probably lost a few ton!
I feel great doing this and so much healthier, but weight loss has come to a standstill.
Does David look at these and comment?
