How Much Sugar?

    Just finished reading both books and what an eye opener been active all my life , started having weight problems after reaching 35 or so 53 now and very surprised what i've read as all the things that i have tried , so called weight loss solutions , never worked so i reached 96kg increasing waistline and all that usual stuff , well the good news i hope is that after apprx 4 weeks going cold turkey on sugar with the guidence of sweet poison i'm down to 84kg without any real problems weights just falling off feeling lighter and people are saying i look better , i'm feeling better too.
    I can't say enough about the books there brilliant , so personally to the author i thank you and i'm trying to spread the word and educate my family , friends and workmates looking forward to getting more info from this website and other converts as to their stories and ways to keep sugar free

    Fantastic Tony!  Now you going to have two problems:

    [1] you'll have to get all your trouser waists reduced.
    [2] You're going to lose all your friends and relatives when they get sick of hearing you waffle on about the evils of fructose - I know; it happened to me :-(

    One way to convince the more intelligent of them is to give them the link to Prof. Robert Lustig's lecture on the subject. He explains it all even better than David does in SP,  largely because it's a video presentation.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dBnniua6-oM
