Hi Everyone,Just joined the members area as there is more I need to know about choices of foods and drinks.I was wondering about the grain Quinoa which I have for breakfast most days with berries and milk. It seems to be a good substitute for the sugar laden breakfast cereals on the market. I have not had sugar now for about 10 days and have already noticed a higher energy level and have lost one kg, so pretty happy about that and looking forward to trying some of the recipes as well.
Quinoa contains everything you can think of, but no sugar :-)

Go for it, but maybe ease up on e the berries if you eat more than 100g a day. They are 3% fructose [SPQP p108]
You might find sticking this lot in the front of your SPQP book. The numbers are page numbers.
