I've been sugar free now for nearly 4 months and I've never felt better. I do, however, have a concern. I am going on my very first overseas trip in a couple of months, to Thailand for 2 weeks. It is our 25th Wedding Anniversary. I'm terrified about what to eat there. I will be relying on restaurant food and airline food and how on earth will I know how much sugar is in anything. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Trust your taste buds.  My second month sugar free was in the USA.  With my business partner and previous partner in crime in eating two desserts in the same meal...  I travelled a lot, had to eat out a lot.  I did the best I could and still lost weight.  In fact, I got to my end weight, I've not really lost any more after the trip, although I go up and down by 1kg or so.

Worst case scenario is that you find when you get back you need to go cold turkey again, and that you put a bit on.  I doubt you'll find that you're back at the start, because so much sugar is easy to avoid that the bit that slips in, is not going to cause you to pile weight on in a short period of time.  I'd say be careful, but don't let it ruin your holiday.
