    On a packet of biscuits it lists Butter Oil as an ingredient - is this ok?

    Never actually heard of it but did find this http://www.milkingredients.ca/index-eng.php?id=173 so seems fine, they just remove the moisture and non fat milk solids, so kinda like a dairy based oil so to speak.

    But you wonder what they do to it to remove all the solids etc. It's a worry when they mess with natural fats
